1. Acceptance of terms
By using Hassanates & Sayiates you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. The service
Hassanates & Sayiates is a personal spiritual journal designed for Muslim users. It does not replace religious authority, does not issue fatwa, and does not guarantee any spiritual reward. It is a self-help tool.
3. Account & guest mode
You may use the app as a guest (no account required) or create an account to enable cloud sync. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
4. Subscriptions & payment
- Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24h before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID account settings.
- No refund is provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or disrupt the service.
6. Intellectual property
All app content, design, code and trademarks are the property of Hassanates & Sayiates Team. The user-generated content (your journal entries, dhikr logs) belongs to you.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the app, including data loss, except as required by law.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. We may suspend access in case of abuse or violation of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable French / European law.
