How do I use the app without creating an account?
On the welcome screen, tap "Continuer sans compte" ("Continue without an account"). All core features — daily quote, dhikr counter, hassanates & sayiates tracking, prayer times, qibla, Ramadan mode — work in guest mode. Your data stays on the device. You can create an account anytime later to enable cloud sync.
What is included in the Premium subscription?

Subscriptions are billed via your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24h before the end of the current period.
The Premium screen says "Unable to load subscription". What do I do?
This usually happens if the App Store is temporarily unreachable. Tap "Try again". If it persists: 1) check your Internet connection, 2) make sure you are signed in to the App Store on your device, 3) restart the app. If the issue continues, email us at support@hassanates-sayiates.app.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → select Hassanates & Sayiates → Cancel Subscription. Apple processes the cancellation; access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
You can also tap "Manage subscription" on the Premium screen of the app, which opens this Apple page directly.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
On the Premium screen, tap "Restore purchase". The app will query Apple for any active subscription tied to your Apple ID and re-activate Premium on this device.
How do I delete my account?
From the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete my account". The action requires two confirmations and permanently erases all your data from our servers (Apple Guideline 5.1.1(v) compliant). Guest users do not have an account, so this option is hidden — simply uninstalling the app removes all local data.
Are prayer times and Qibla accurate?
Prayer times are computed from your device location using the Aladhan API and standard calculation methods (Muslim World League by default). The Qibla compass uses the device magnetometer. For the highest accuracy, allow the app to access your precise location.
Does the app work offline?
Most features (dhikr counter, hassanates/sayiates logging, journal, evening review) work fully offline in guest mode. Cloud sync, AI quote generation and prayer time refresh require an Internet connection.
